(The worst part of our job is explaining to someone who is excited about the home they just purchased, that they need to spend a lot of money to be able to use their heating system.
It is much nicer to have this done before you buy the property.)
All our inspections are written on Inspection Forms which are photographed and accompanied by photos, which are then uploaded to our company software, so we can easily access your data when we service your chimney in the future.
With all our inspections we will discuss with you any problems and the solutions to them.
